1. If the flight is cancelled due to any reason such as bad weather, helicopter unserviceability etc:-
   • The refund of the ticket basic price i.e. price fixed by the government from time to time would be accorded.Booking Handling/Online Payment Gateway Charges/GST/Agency Commission shall not be refunded.
   • No ticket would be carried forward to next day under any circumstances.
   • No accommodation, meal or cost of transport would be paid or reimbursed or compensated.
   • Passengers have to make their own necessary arrangements.
2. Where the customer does not report at the helipad on the date and time slot of departure no refund shall be given.
3. Policy Terms related to cancellation by customers :
   • 25% of the total ticket cost cancellation charges shall be charged if the booking is cancelled up to 7 days prior to travel date. Within 7 days ,but before 72 hours prior to travel date cancellation charges amounting to 50% of the total ticket price shall be deducted.
   • Less than 72 hours prior to travel time : No Refund

Procedure of cancellation by the customer :

• Customer shall send mail from the mail-id used for booking ,requesting cancellation to enquiry@waytoindia.com with a copy of the mail to mohit@waytoindia.com clearly mentioning the following details :
• Booking Number
• Name of the lead passenger
• Total number of passengers
• Date of booking
• Date of Travel
• Total Amount Paid
• Bank Details for refund
• Cancellation request without complete details as above shall not be entertained.
• The time of cancellation request shall be taken to be the time of receipt of mail for cancellation.
• Upon verification of cancellation request,refund if any as per the cancellation policy above shall be done within 5 Working days of request for cancellation.The time prescribed for refund shall not be applicable where incomplete or wrong details are submitted by the customer.
